Quality Assurance Specialist I

📋 Description

• Support the maintenance of the Supplier Management process.
• Assist supplier qualifications and scheduling supplier audits.
• Manage supplier documentation and the Approved Supplier List.
• Prepare and manage Quality Agreements with suppliers.
• Manage SCAR and share supplier notifications with stakeholders.
• Compile and report monthly supplier KPIs; provide backup as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years QA experience in life sciences/regulated env.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Extended hours may be necessary to meet deadlines.
