Quality Control Engineer

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, EN, ISO, IS, IBR, client specifications, and internal Quality
• Perform quality inspections across all manufacturing stages, including raw material receipt
• Coordinate Kick-off Meetings (KOM), Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM), and inspection activities with
• Prepare, review, and maintain ITPs, QAPs, Weld Maps, WPS/PQR, Welder Qualifications (WPQ), NDE
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, material specifications, and project requirements to ensure
• Prepare Technical Delivery Conditions (TDCs) and coordinate raw material inspections, MTC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in Quality Control within fabrication, pressure vessels, process equipment
• Certifications such as CSWIP, AWS-CWI, NDT Level II, or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) will be an added
• Sound knowledge of Pressure Vessel fabrication, Structural fabrication, Welding processes and
• Preferred Industry Experience: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, EPC, Pressure Vessel
