Quality Control Engineer III (Hybrid - New York, NY)

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for software features.
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Design test approaches for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain automated UI tests with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Pytest.
• Partner with engineering to integrate testing into dev, deployment, and release.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and coverage to improve testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Six years of experience testing software products in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and executing test automation in complex software.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments to support reliable software delivery.
• Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze system behavior, identify defects, and resolve testing issues independently.
