Quality Control Technician

📋 Description

• Perform independent in-process and final inspections of Rigid, and Flexible PFB assemblies using
• Verify dimensional, fit-up, component placement, hardware, workmanship, and assembly requirements
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions and support containment, disposition
• Assist with review of recurring defects, rework trends, and inspection data to help improve quality
• Provide guidance to QC Technician I personnel on inspection expectations, documentation practices
• Coordinate inspection priorities with Quality Coordinator to support schedule needs without

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of FBS assembly processes, DTPS drawing packages, PSS procedures, and quality
• Ability to inspect work independently, recognize quality risks, and determine when escalation is
• Ability to use approved measurement tools, inspection checklists, and documentation systems
• Ability to work with Team Leads, production personnel, engineering, and quality staff to resolve
