Quality Control Technician - Mechanical

📋 Description

• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections and quality checks during receiving operations on
• Update material status in the ERP/MES system in accordance with inspection results
• Report non-conformances (NCs), support root cause analysis (RCA) activities, and contribute to the
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on outstanding issues related to inspected parts and subsystems
• Review and provide feedback on inspection sheets and/or control plans
• Maintain and follow quarantine and scrapping procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanics, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control roles within aerospace, defense, or
• Hands-on experience inspecting mechanical parts
• Use of inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, torque tools)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
• Awareness of manufacturing and assembly processes
