Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry
• Lead, plan internal audits and coordinate external audits, including customer and certification
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and manage complaint resolution
• Monitor customer scorecards and drive improvement plans as needed, and report monthly to management.
• Lead or support supplier evaluations and audits, and manage supplier non-conformances and
• Monitor in-process quality controls and implement process adjustments to maintain product standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within an automotive environment.
• Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Proven experience leading internal and external audits, including customer and certification body
• Hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
