📋 Description

  • Respond to daily quality issues (fabrication/assembly/cycle test/inventory rejects)
  • Lead corrective actions to address quality issues with the support and collaboration of Production
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data in order to identify and communicate
  • Utilize PFMEA to identify risks in new processes and put controls in place to mitigate these risks
  • Create acceptance criteria requirements (visual aids, standard)
  • Evaluate non-conforming purchased parts and document results to allow for effective communication

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and solutions
  • Ability to use measuring equipment including calipers, height gauges and other common inspection
