📋 Description

• Develop and establish a datacenter-focused manufacturing quality program that supports global
• Conduct vendor capability assessments, quality audits, and improve vendor performance across
• Develop and track quality metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify trends and work
• Establish effective cross-functional communication between manufacturing sites, datacenter
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in manufacturing quality management, supplier quality engineering, process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, construction management, or related field (or
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on manufacturing process improvement.
• Proven track record managing deliverables for complex projects or supplier programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet First Pass Yield (FPY), reliability, and
• Ability to mentor vendor teams and drive continuous improvement.
