🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of overall technical software experience, including 3+ years directly managing, hiring
• Proven experience delivering complex software, hardware, firmware, or distributed infrastructure
• Deep expertise in test architecture, systems validation, shift-left CI/CD execution, and designing
• Solid grounding in Linux environments, storage protocols (NVMe, FC), hardware qualification, fault
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of partnering effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
