Quality Systems Engineer - Flash Blade and Flash Array

📋 Description

• Ensuring releases of the highest quality
• Plan, test and qualify shipping releases
• Work with Support and Escalation teams to help reproduce and root cause customer issues
• Triage and debug automated test failures across a multi-machine hardware/software stack Perform
• Design and build tools and automation to simplify testing and integration workflows
• Identify any test gaps, perform root cause analysis & close loop with the release engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years of software system testing experience.
• Deep knowledge of the storage stack — high availability, caching, flash, RAID, dedup/compression
• Knowledge of storage protocols (Fibre Channel, FCoE, iSCSI, NVMe, SCSI, NFS, SMB) and
• Proven experience with interoperability testing, firmware updates, backwards compatibility, and
• Strong hands-on Python test automation skills, familiarity with IO tools (vdbench, Orion, IOmeter)
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills and
