Partner with researchers to identify and acquire datasets for trading and research.
Build and maintain Python data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and storing data.
Develop automated workflows for systematic trading research and strategy development.
Create analytical frameworks and tooling to process large datasets and insights.
Build and maintain research databases, data models, and data quality monitoring.
Perform exploratory data analysis and statistics to support alpha generation.

🎯 Requirements

Circa 1-3 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related role.
Strong Python programming skills with clean, maintainable code.
Experience building and maintaining automated data pipelines.
Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and quantitative analysis.
Solid mathematical foundation: multivariable calculus, linear algebra, statistics.
Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
