QuickBooks Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the General Ledger, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and
• Configure, optimize, and manage QuickBooks to support accounting structures, reporting
• Lead or support QuickBooks configuration and implementation initiatives
• Drive the transition of accounting and General Ledger activities from an external accounting
• Manage monthly close activities, including reconciliations, account reviews, and timely closing of
• Establish and maintain an appropriate Chart of Accounts and consistent accounting classification

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or comparable senior accounting
• Advanced, hands-on professional experience with QuickBooks is essential
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
• Demonstrated experience configuring QuickBooks and/or leading or supporting a QuickBooks
• Solid knowledge of General Ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Experience preparing financial statements, P&L reports, and other management-level financial
