Quoting Specialist (m/f/d) – French Speaking

📋 Description

• Preparing quotations for customers accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer requests and acting as a key point of contact
• Working proactively to support customers and identify solutions
• Following up on quotations and supporting sales conversion opportunities
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Service colleagues
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French and strong English language skills (must-have)
• Experience in customer service, quotations, sales support, inside sales, or a similar
• Proactive mindset and genuine desire to help customers succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and business systems such as Salesforce, IFS, or similar
