R&D Tools Senior Developer

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and support Jira and Confluence Cloud environments across R&D and
• Build and maintain Jira projects and advanced workflows while developing effective solutions
• Support the broader R&D technology ecosystem, including GitHub and other development
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new tools within R&D, from evaluating requirements and
• Collaborate with IT and technical stakeholders to configure platforms and integrations that address
• Serve as a subject matter expert in tooling and process discussions, recommending best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator with strong expertise customizing Jira projects, schemes
• Experience architecting or administering Jira Cloud environments across multiple teams, including
• Experience administering GitHub organizations or other source-control platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence dashboards, filters, reporting, workflows, fields
• Experience researching, evaluating, building business cases for, and implementing Atlassian
• Understanding of user and group management through Atlassian Access.
