📋 Description

• Support data-management activities for clinical and cosmetic studies, following established
• Assist with preparing and maintaining study documentation, including case report forms (CRFs/eCRFs)
• Review study data for completeness, consistency and quality using electronic data-capture systems
• Identify data discrepancies and help prepare and follow up data queries, with support from
• Support database testing and verification of study-specific forms, checks and reports.
• Assist with data cleaning, reconciliation and preparation of quality-controlled datasets for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data or Information Management, Biology, Mathematics, or a related field
• Fluent German and English (C1 level)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with structured data and documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new databases and digital tools
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
