📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations and ensure service continuity.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Produce operational reports and drive performance improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational matters and escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Shared Services, Business Support, Customer
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Strong experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
