📋 Description

• Work with students in the classroom per the service plan
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement ABA techniques with teachers to support students
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data per client plan
• Help students acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• AA/BA or 48 college credits incl. Math100 & Eng100, OR HS Diploma with ParaPro Praxis
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam to become an RBT
