📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per service plan.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers in class.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client plan.
• Provide training and assistance to build skills and independence.
• Enroll in BAYADA RBT Academy to become an RBT.

🎯 Requirements

• Be 18+; AA/BA or 48 credits incl Math100 & English100; or HS diploma with ParaPro.
• 18+; AA/BA or 48 credits incl Math100 & English100; or HS diploma with ParaPro.
• No experience required.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become BAYADA's RBT.
• Work in a school-based setting with students; follow service plans.
• Hands-on training and observation provided; BAYADA study guides for exam prep.
