Work 1:1 in home/community with children and young adults with autism.
Follow the treatment/behavior support plan to implement skills and behavior reductions.
Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the supervisor.
Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately.
Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior support plan.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or pursuing credential.
One year experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
CPR/FA certification.
