RBT / Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior
• Work directly with clients, following established treatment/behavior support plans for skill
• Document interventions and progress accurately and timely.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
• Review data and progress reports with Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist to
• Provide habilitation, training, and assistance as applicable to help clients acquire skills and

🎯 Requirements

• Valid RBT certification
• CPR/FA certification
• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred)
