📋 Description

• Work 1:1 in home and community with children/young adults with autism.
• Follow treatment/behavior support plans for skill acquisition.
• Build supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques per supervisor instructions.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect data as specified in the plan.
• Review data with supervisors to improve programs.
• Provide training and support to help clients acquire skills.
• Provide transportation as needed for activities.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT credential or pursuing RBT credential.
• One year experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 in home and community.
• Training paid by BAYADA and supervision provided.
