RBT (West Oahu School Based), Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in home and community.
• Follow established treatment and behavior support plans.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals as required.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Transport as needed to implement activities per plan.
• Receive extensive supervision and training from BAYADA.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT credential or pursuing RBT credential.
• One year experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3pm.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Supervision by Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
