Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication skills and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven success in achieving/exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
