Remote role; conducts in-person meetings with prospects/clients regularly
Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
Perform due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
Meet with homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven experience in achieving/exceeding quotas through phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
