Remote role; conduct in-person meetings with prospects/clients regularly
Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value of properties
Meet with homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title at closing

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% sales performance in prior roles
Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven ability to achieve/exceed quotas through phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
