📋 Description

• The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant buys homes for House Buyers of America.
• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers and assist in closing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently top 10% in sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
