Real Estate Associate

📋 Description

• Manage the tactical execution pipeline for real estate leases and licenses across expanding metro
• Review new site intake evaluations and interface with external Transaction Managers and brokers
• Act as direct point of contact for property managers and institutional landlords during site
• Oversee external Transaction Managers within internal systems (Monday.com)
• Directly coordinate leasing processes for priority enterprise accounts and direct partners
• Build, audit, and maintain portfolio databases and dashboards to track lease critical dates

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate operations
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, or equivalent
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial lease structures, legal terms/clauses, and end-to-end
• Proven experience managing high-volume, cross-functional transaction workflows with CRM/project
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience interfacing directly with landlords and
