Receiving Lead

📋 Description

• Manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system
• Keep products organized and accounted for, and help process weekly pallets
• Process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report them to the
• Work with the management team to ensure adequate stock levels, proper merchandise maintenance, and
• Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including housekeeping, merchandising
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
• Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
• Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail
• Open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
