Receiving Specialist II, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Acknowledge and process incoming material; record in ERP and route to next destination.
• Perform checks of incoming hardware to screen for damage, incorrect quantities, or paperwork discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and quality to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Document and report items delivered with nonconforming conditions; follow up on open tickets.
• Assist with projects to improve physical flow of goods and streamline processes.
• Set the tone for Receiving; promote a focused, collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics, inventory, receiving, inspection, or material handling
• 2+ years forklift experience
• 2+ years ERP, MES, or WMS experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
