Record To Report Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee end-to-end R2R operations across in-scope countries, including general accounting
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of R2R activities in accordance with agreed SLAs
• Review and approve key accounting outputs, including journals, reconciliations, schedules
• Coordinate month-end close activities, monitor progress against deadlines, manage dependencies with
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, recurring issues, control risks, and
• Support finance transformation and process maturity initiatives, including standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Record to Report, general accounting, financial reporting
• Solid background in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entry review, financial
• Experience in shared services set-up, process migration, stabilization, or finance transformation
• Prior experience in supervising or leading accounting teams, including workload management
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
