Recruiter (3-month Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Video Contributor contractors in Menlo Park.
• Develop scalable sourcing strategies across Workstream, Indeed, LinkedIn, and more.
• Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, PMs, and People Ops to hit hiring goals.
• Monitor funnel metrics and optimize to improve conversion rates.
• Regular onsite collaboration in Menlo Park 4–5 days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years recruiting experience, high-volume contractor hiring.
• Proven success scaling recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing across job boards, social platforms, and channels.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines with strong organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
