5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth tech company; early-stage startup experience preferred
Expert in recruiting, outbound sourcing, and closing candidates across tech and business roles
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
Experience with Ashby ATS
