🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally originating from an agency, fast-paced
• On-site availability to work out of our Chicago office.
• Generalist versatility: Ability and curiosity to recruit across distinct domain areas (e.g.
• Proven track record of ownership: Self-driven mindset with a history of solving bottlenecks
• Tech stack fluency: Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS)
