📋 Description

• Assists Hiring Managers and/or Corporate Recruiter with recruitment duties and drives progress for
• Conducts thorough intake calls with hiring managers or reviews completed Needs Analysis documents
• Manages the posting and job distribution for assigned requisitions. Sources within company pipeline
• Conduct thorough Recruiter screenings to make proper candidate assessments and strategic
• Documents feedback on candidates contacted within ATS and/or Staffing Tracker
• Communicates with candidates to inform them of their application status, the company selection and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of internal recruitment experience for all levels of management
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Experience with maintaining strong Industry connections via recruiting social networks including
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law, as it relates to recruiting and
• Solid character judgment
• Quickly identifies talent everywhere
