📋 Description

• Own end to end hiring strategy for tech and/or non-tech critical roles
• Source passive talent through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
• Engage with potential candidates and screen for alignment, availability, and interest level
• Provide a world-class recruiting experience to each candidate regardless of outcome
• Employ creative sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent
• Manage candidate funnel and determine quality activity needed at the top of the funnel to exceed

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions and strategy
• Prior experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency with a preference for technical sourcing
• Experience with supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the recruiting process
• Demonstrated the ability to build strong working relationships, including collaborating with
