📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview
• Partner strategically with hiring managers, providing market insights, structured hiring guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an HR or People Operations
• Proven experience managing job requisitions from start to finish across a variety of functions
• Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is highly
• Strong ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Excellent organizational skills, urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
