📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles based in North American time zones, from role kick-off through
• Manage a high volume of open roles at once across technical and GTM functions
• Source and engage active and passive candidates, and build pipelines for current and future roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and run structured
• Work closely with the Talent team in Europe and India to share best practices and build consistent
• Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including time at a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Experience managing high-volume hiring in a startup environment
• Strong track record hiring for both technical roles (engineering, data, AI/ML, product) and GTM
• Deep sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
• Experience hiring in North America (Canada and/or US)
• Hands-on experience with Ashby as your primary ATS
