📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of concurrent requisitions across operational
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, sourcing platforms, passive outreach, and other
• Screen candidates against role requirements, knockout criteria, technical readiness, and
• Coordinate recruiter, hiring manager, and panel interviews while maintaining accurate candidate
• Extend offers, negotiate within approved compensation ranges, and manage candidates through
• Support clinical and licensed recruiting when required, including helping verify professional

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with high-volume and/or entry-level hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions across different job families and
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while proactively communicating recruiting
