• Own Hiring Manager relationships end-to-end with engagement strategies.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience with responsive, high-touch communication.
• Apply AI tools daily for outreach, research, and prep materials.
• Track pipeline health in Ashby and refine search strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-6+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Sourcing & Research experience with LinkedIn Boolean search and market mapping.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Data-driven with metrics and stakeholder updates.
• Active use of AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
