🎯 Requirements

1+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and creative talent
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting field operations talent (operators
Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.
Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups.
