🎯 Requirements

  • 3-7+ years in recruiting, with high-volume, hourly, or contractor focus.
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting quickly in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience sourcing through job boards, marketplaces, and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong operational rigor and comfort managing large candidate funnels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to work from the Menlo Park office 5 days/week.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes, workflows, or systems.
