• Independently source qualified candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other
• Thoroughly analyze job descriptions to identify candidates who match the required skills
• Manage recruitment requirements across both IT and Non-IT sectors and various industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
• Previous experience working with recruitment consultancies, staffing agencies, or talent
• Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Practical experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of recruitment requirements across both IT and Non-IT roles.
