Recruiter (m/f/d) - Focus Non-Tech & High Volume Hiring

📋 Description

• Take ownership of recruiting top talent for various non-tech and high volume roles across teams in
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from finding the right channels to screening applications, conducting
• Guide candidates through each step, building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline
• Track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles
• Business understanding: understand various roles and distinguish between specialized skills and
• Solid experience in stakeholder management
• Previous experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally with recruitment of high volume
• Team spirit: eager to develop further, enjoy working with a collaborative team of recruiters and
• Proactive and strong communicator, enjoy working in an international environment, fluent in English
