🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing) with at least 2+
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, seamlessly flexing between high-volume
• Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the talent acquisition
• Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative
• Proven track record of delivering results, managing robust candidate pipelines, and thriving in a
• Expertise in leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent
