• Partner with hiring managers to scope new roles, define ideal candidate profiles, establish

• Own candidate communications throughout the hiring process, providing timely, clear, warm, and
• Screen high volumes of applications efficiently while calibrating evaluations and hiring decisions
• Project-manage approximately 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds, coordinating pipelines, interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience for a Recruiter position, ideally within a small or early-stage
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, including Lever or comparable platforms.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and productivity.
• Familiarity with the AI research landscape and related research, technology, or nonprofit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, particularly when managing multiple hiring rounds

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary of $105,000–$140,000 USD, depending on seniority.
• Salary adjustment of up to 21% for successful candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Salary adjustment of up to 10% for candidates based in Washington, DC or New York City.
