📋 Description

• Build and run sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles to reach top talent
• Source active and passive candidates, focusing on next force multiplier for the team
• Tap into alumni, referrals, campus programs, and events to create real pipelines
• Organize events and meaningful in-person connections to supplement AI sourcing
• Develop AI-powered workflows for repeatable sourcing tasks to stay focused on top candidates
• Screen and manage technical candidates through early-stage interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in recruiting agency, tech startup, hedge fund, or investment bank with high-volume
• Experience using AI to automate tasks or improve personal workflows
• Curious about how people and AI intersect in hiring
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage many requisitions
• Strong written and verbal communication; adjust tone for candidates, managers, or executives
• Insatiably curious, asking why behind roles and processes
