Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews across teams, time zones, and formats (virtual and in-person), ensuring a
• Own candidate communications, including scheduling emails and interview prep materials
• Manage onsite interview logistics in the London office, including day-of setup and support
• Help plan and execute in-person recruiting events in partnership with the Talent and Workplace teams
• Build and document EMEA specific recruiting processes and candidate communications
• Set up jobs and interview plans in Ashby, and keep all scheduling data accurate and up to date

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive mindset to spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and follow through to make them
• A true team player with a service-oriented approach and an eye for providing a warm, seamless
