• Coordinate and schedule interviews across all stages of the hiring process with precision and

• Experience: Several years in recruiting coordination or talent operations within high-growth or
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Ashby a plus) and
• Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills that build trust with
• Collaboration: Ability to manage competing priorities and align multiple stakeholders with poise
