📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams with speed and accuracy.
• Own high-volume scheduling across multiple US time zones.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, ensuring a great interview experience.
• Manage onboarding logistics: welcome comms, background checks, offers, scheduling.
• Coordinate US onboarding with processes, vendors, and compliance.
• Source and engage candidates to build strong pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a fast-paced environment; recruiting research preferred.
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, ClaudeCowork) a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication; represent Angi professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Based in the Eastern Time Zone; availability aligned to US business hours.
