Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for APAC
• Primary contact for candidates throughout interview lifecycle
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on logistics and calendars
• Maintain and improve scheduling workflows and documentation
• Support onboarding logistics and talent ops as APAC scales

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or fast-paced ops role
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; represent Harvey brand
• Comfort with hybrid work; adapt in a high-growth setting
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and scheduling tools
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with bias toward action
